About Fine Art Prints
Fine Art Prints are made with an advanced printing method called Fine Art Print, also known as pigment print or art print. The printing process uses 6 to 12 colors, giving the imagery extra color depth, a wide range of nuances, and fine detail. Artists and galleries around the world use Fine Art Prints to reproduce their artworks. The method is considered the best available today.
The paper used is a high-quality fine art paper that is extremely resistant to aging. The inks are also age-resistant, giving a Fine Art print a lifespan of over 100 years under normal lighting conditions.
All prints are reviewed and signed by me. A certificate of authenticity is included with each print. Larger prints are delivered in tubes and smaller ones in cardboard envelopes. Custom sizes can be requested.
Customs duties
If you order from a country outside the EU, additional fees may apply and delivery times may be extended. Orders to the USA are subject to customs duties on orders above 800 USD. See your local customs office's website for more information.
Delivery
After you place your order, I will produce your art print within a week (excluding holiday periods). After that it usually takes 1–3 weeks by mail depending on the destination. Approximately 1 week within Sweden. Please note that if you order from outside the EU and need to pay customs duties in your country, this will likely extend the delivery time.
Return policy
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me here. If your return is accepted, I will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact me for any return questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
